Booking website
A photography booking website for Nigerian photographers
Give clients one link to request a date. Your booking page collects their details and sends the enquiry straight to your inbox — on every Gallerite plan, free plan included.
Stop taking bookings in your DMs
An enquiry that arrives as a WhatsApp voice note or an Instagram DM is easy to lose and hard to follow up. A booking page asks every client the same questions — who they are, when they want to shoot and for how long — and keeps each enquiry in one inbox until you reply.
What your booking page does
- One link for your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status and business card
- Clients send their name, contact details, location, preferred date and hours
- Every enquiry lands in your Gallerite inbox instead of scattered across chats
- Your studio name and logo on the page, not ours
- Included on every plan — the free plan too
- On Pro and above: a full shoot brief with theme, location, outfit changes and reference photos
From enquiry to paid job
Enquiry
Your client picks a date and hours and tells you where they are, in one short form.
Brief
On Pro and above, they add the theme, location, outfit changes and up to three reference photos.
Invoice
Reply, then send a Naira invoice from the same account. Your client pays online through Paystack.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the booking page free?
- Yes. Every Gallerite plan includes a booking page, including the free plan. Paid plans add a portfolio website that links to it, and Pro and above add the full shoot brief.
- Does it block out my calendar automatically?
- No. Clients send a booking enquiry with their preferred date and hours, and you confirm it. You stay in control of your schedule, and a form can never double-book you.
- Where do I share my booking link?
- Anywhere clients find you: your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, business card or email signature. The link is gallerite.com/book/ followed by your studio’s name.
- Can clients send reference photos?
- Yes, on Pro and above. Clients can add up to three reference images along with the full shoot brief.
